Notice of Privacy Practices

Our Notice of Privacy Practices is designed to give guidance and complies with the existing legal framework and regulations regarding the provision of the Notice of Privacy Practices by healthcare providers. EAMS (Nigeria) understands that notice should be given to individuals regarding the use and disclosure of protected health information as well as the individual’s rights with respect to such information.
